The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, right by the beach and close to a shopping complex for convenience.- We enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the comfortable bed and well-stocked mini fridge.
The a la carte restaurants required men to wear long trousers, which was uncomfortable in the hot weather. Room service could have had more dinner options to choose from, as we sometimes wanted a quiet night in.

The hotel had a great Christmas atmosphere with a lot of decorations and lights. We enjoyed the sandy beach and the clear water which were perfect for swimming. the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the bartender at the pool who made great cocktails.
The food at the buffet wasn't very good and there was not much variety. the worst aspect was the noise level in the hotel, especially at night.
